Associate of Arts in Graphic Design
Graphic designers are professional communicators who arrange text and images to convey a message to the viewer. Creative designers use a combination of type and images to visually communicate, both as an art form and advertising media, through various forms of print collateral and web pages. Graphic and web designers are employed by design firms and art departments within businesses and corporations. The scope of most graphic and web design positions is to design brand logos and corporate identities, books and book covers, magazines and publications, brochures, catalogs, posters, packaging ideas, websites, and more.
